Haven’t seen an AOS approval in a while. In July, my processing time said, TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED. In September it went up to 3 Months, October 1, it said 2 months, looked at it last night and it said, 5 months…smdh

Thank you. I just saw, on USPS informed delivery for tomorrow’s mails, addressed to my son(petitioner). Haven’t gotten any updates on the App about anything. I’m just curious what could it be. Has anyone ever gotten a mail from USCIS, without prior updates on the App?

@Stella Maris does this mean that perhaps the vb will be current next month ? do the I 485 depend on visa bulletin for spouses of permanent resident?

@Stella Maris if they approve so visas are available and November visa bulletin is not showing that hoping it will be current or it will move to 2022 ,but I don't think so , what do you think ? @J A your post is making me happy if Dec visa bulletin will be current or move to 2022
