can i respond to a RFE in my uscis account? or i have to send it by mail? in the letter says to send it to a direction but in my account ther is a respond with evidence button

oh ya you can upload it but make sure its all signed by the appropriate person in the signature section.

I asked an agent yesterday because my RFIE was sent through USPS and appears to be lost based on tracking and I asked him if uploading online was enough and he said “YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS IN THE LETTER”

so I did both upload and send (but with FedEx the second time!!!)
