I 751 pending need help
hi everyone! I’m planning to travel in December with my extended conditional green card to Africa!
but me and my husband is fighting lately and is treating to call the immigration to not let me come back in USA in case I travel to Africa .
we have a son together! can he really do that???
what should I do next?

He can not do nothing ! if ur travel important go ahead . just keep monitoring ur case onlin for updates (interview ..etc) .. good luck

@okechukwu jibuo . I got 2 year green and it’s expired and immigration extended for 48months while my I 751 is still pending

@okechukwu jibuo I went to Africa with my 2 years green card and came back now it’s expired but I can still travel with my extended letter

He can’t do nothing; since you bought ticket just go; and you have proof your mariage is legit and you get a son with him.
you can get your passport stamp too; that’s what I did few months ago; I get my I-751 pending and I spent 4 months in Africa; I am African too.
