@sukhpreet Singh You can try expedite your case but I don't that will help. It will be very difficult to get something like that approved.

I submitted November 2021 & I’m still waiting. I saw on a FB group that they are currently processing Dec‘2020 - Feb’2021 right now. It’s about another year wait to get to Nov 2021. So for you it’s about two more years. I know it sucks but we’ve all been patiently waiting for 2/3 years.

And NO do not submit your NVC stuff yet because if you get an appointment scheduled BEFORE having your I-601A approved you’ll get denied & they won’t let you enter the country again.

i arrived on this country in 2016… i got married with an american in 2018, i’m on my third lawyer… my second one stayed with me for four years and did nothing, so now this third one, just filled my i601a last year, 2022… i lost so much time in my life… this is all very sad and hopeless… i got arrested for driving without a drivers license, because the officer said he “needed to know who i am” even after i presented him my valid passaport, i’m so tired of all of this that i think after 4 more years waiting for a response i think i will be ready to go back live in my country… over 10 years for a stupid piece of plastic… i paid my taxes every year since i arrived here!

i have a registed and license paint company, i hire people… i add to the community, i have a 20 months daugther that was born here… why is it so hard for this country to understand that some people just want to live their lifes?

my case was already transferred 2 times… God knows the reasons, to be honnest if my wife wanted i was willing to go back to my country, but she can’t stay away from her family and I can’t stay away from her and my baby… this country is beautiful and rich but the big guys sitting on chairs have small brains

@Billy Bob that's what I heard to that they are working on March and April 2020 cases....and some other saying that some 2022 cases got adjudicated. Don't know what exactly happening now and my case never got transferred. I filed on Feb 2021
