K-1/Filling For I-485, I-765 & I-131
Hey Community, just have some few questions
hoping to get some answers. My fiance now wife, recently traveled to the US. We are now married and about to file Form I-485.
1. What’s the timeline for I-485? I checked USCIS processing time and it said 16 months. is this timeline for everyone or it maybe shorter if petitioner was Citizen?
2. Whats the Timeline like for K-1 , filling for EAD / Form I-765? between approval and getting card.
3. Last. should we apply for Form I-131? is it worth it? seems like it takes a long time for a lot of people not sure if by the time it’s approved and given you maybe a few months from I-485 Card.

Consular embassy/interview
I just emailed the consular embassy in north macedonia skopje asking how long it would take for nvc to schedule the interview hoping to get an answer and they said that they have available dates and are waiting on nvc to talk to them ab the interview. They also told me “You will have to ask them how long it takes at that office where you will apply.”, but im not sure if they meant to email NVC? Do you think if I were to call the nvc building in new hampshire they would give me an answer?
Got i130 and i485 approved.
I got my i130 and i485 approved at the same time. Thanks God gave it to at his time. I’ve been waiting for a long time. I finally can go back to see my parents now.

I was surprised to get a second notice that said “actively being reviewed” but checked the uscis documents tab and saw our approval notice! We are waiting for the notice from NVC but at least the longest wait is over 🙏🏻💜 Thank You Lord!
