use USCIS online form to update your category with scanned copy of certificate or passport (pdf)

we send them message 1.5 months ago online with certificate but no update and we are also calling everyweek they are just asking us to wait it's been 2 months

I called and they took 40 days to update.

@Aneeqa Khan We're on the same boat. What service center is your case in? Mine's in Texas Service Center. It's been almost 2 months now and they haven't touched my case. I called them last Monday and the agent said that each time you add another request, it resets the wait time. I just hope to get some news in the near future.

@Aneeqa Khan To be honest with you, I don't know. Because I saw someone in this forum with the same situation, and they just kept getting in touch with them and they got approved. I just don't want to risk it. I've been waiting for almost 2 years now for my petition. I just hope that someone from USCIS will check on it so I can go forward. I'll let you know when I get some updates. Let me know as well if you get yours.
