@D N I am also in Dallas. submitted medical RFE since May 3.

@D N no I didn’t. still have the same update since 2020

@D N Case was updated to show fingerprint was taken.

@Jay D when is the due date on your medical exam, it taking so long i think you need to make an appointment to come in the local office to talk to them if they received the document

lol. 6 months is too early to submit that. mine is over 2years now, still says case received

@Out Lander but it is free to do send a ombudsman? i filed i485 with i360 together august 2021 october 2022 approved vawa and now this wait

@D N It’s free to send to ombudsman…you just got to go to the USCIS website and complete the Ombudsman form for contact, however they will not be able to help you if you are still in the USCIS processing times.

@Yuujirou Hanma i just wondering if they can speed up i went to the local office and asked them very much about, and they said i am on normal processing time too it is so exhausting because i am waiting 6 months from the app said

@D N Unfortunately they will not speed up…they’ve helped me only when I was outside the normal processing time.

@D N Yes I did…I’ve had my second interview (stokes) marriage based case and after almost 2 years of waiting after interview USCIS still wouldn’t give me a decision…I’ve asked congressmen help but still not to much help and then I’ve contacted the ombudsman…I was quite surprised they’ve emailed me the same day that they will look at my case and after 3-4 days they called me and said that I will be getting some correspondence from USCIS which I got…that was my experience with Ombudsman.

@Yuujirou Hanma oh ok so what is ur result now i was confused that u still on marriage based or vawa filed

@D N My marriage case was withdrawn and I’ve filed for VAWA.

@Yuujirou Hanma are you green now or still on pending of the case

@D N Same as you…rfe for medicals sent a couple months ago to NBC waiting to be adjudicated.

@Yuujirou Hanma i feel like it's taking forever just in the RFE mine is 6 months already and don't know how long for the wait
