SOME QUESTIONS - DS 260
Hi all. I have a number of questions regarding Form DS 260. Please help me understand.
We have submitted all documents. The location of the interview is indicated in Georgia, Tbilisi. Date unknown.
1) Approximately how long after document qualified (DQ) will the interview date become known?
2) How long does it take to obtain a visa after an interview in Georgia? That is, after the end of the interview, how long will I have to stay in Georgia? I live in another country, so I want to know. #ds260#SpouseofUScitizen

Hello, receltly i noticed that on my i130 petition for spouse of USC there is a mistake in the part of Petitioners Marriage Date, the date is wrong,i know i can send USCIS a message with the rigth date, but i am afraid the denied my petition for this error because since a minth ago is under 1st review. please i need some advice.

The status remain "Case Was Received And A Receipt Notice Was Sent", but they updated the documents last Thursday showing the I-765 was approved.
Still no updates on the I-130 & I-485. The awfully inaccurate estimated timeline jumped from 1 month to 6 months.

It been almost 1 year now since my husband and I have been waiting and the I-130 have been approved, finally thank God, it’s been so challenging because he is doing a lot. USCIS is requesting I-485 I am not sure if that is the only thing we should do or should we complete the medical and biometrics as well? Any advise on the best way to approach this please?
