beneficiary biometrics
hi guys. posting in behalf of my fiance ( petitioner) we filed august, 2022 and receive a noticed in the mail just last week of August this year that he have a biometrics appointment on September 11, 2023. he then did that.. it's been two weeks now , we haven't heard anything from them if they received the biometrics or what. can anyone enlighten us pls. btw he had past convictions but it was already closed. so I understand why he had to do the biometrics. But how long does it usually take to get approved after the biometrics appointment? our packet is still in CSC.

What’s Admit Until Date on Advance Parole based I-94?
Hi folks,
I’ve just recognized that on my I-94 form, it says Admit until date: 10/12/2023. I’m planing to back in 10/15/2023 and my AP card expires 11/05/2023.
I’m confused if I have to be back before 10/12/2023 or it’s something different?
my card has been issued for 2 years but on my arrival my I94 is for 1 year. So what does it mean?

I filed in March 2023 and I just got a letter asking me to go for biometrics for my i-360/i-485. I assumed they will reuse my biometrics, now i have to travel to another state since that was the address i used when i filed my vawa.
Why did they not just reuse my biometrics from my previous i-130/i-485?

i131 renewal denied
I currently have a 2 year combo card which expires in May 2024 ,however I was under the impression that the advance parole is only valid for a year so I applied for a renewal sometime in March,I did an inquiry yesterday and my application updated to state that it’s been denied ,I haven’t received the notice in the mail but that’s my suspicion is that it got denied since I still have an active advance parental parole.Thoughts?
RFE not delivered

I received an rfie for my I-485 but never got it. it’s been 11 days now. I called an agent who initiated an e-request 4 days ago.
Does anyone have a similar experience? Am I to get an e-copy or do I get mailed another one. how long will this take?
what do I do if I don’t get the RFE mailed sooner since there is a deadline?

US citizen petition for children under 21 yrs since March 22, 2022. Case is being actuvely reviewed since April 5, 2022, to date I have not gotten any response. My 2 kids are in Jamaica and I just want to be reunited with them. Case is at Potomac Service Center. Anyone knows how long it will take? or have been in similar situation?
