Citizen filing for my Spouse
#I-130
I need some information on this type of case, I filed on March 9, 2022, my wife is from Mexico, and the immigration center is in Texas, since the day it was filed it has been saying that it is being actively reviewed but as you know it’s about to be a year and I wanted to know from your experiences, is there something I can do?
Statistically, is it almost ready? What can you guys tell me about it according to the date?
I601 approved, but hubby lost his job
Hello family
My i601 waiver got approved two months ago
I haven't received the green card
Even I completed the adjustment of the status interview three years ago.
My husband lost his job and currently applying for unemployment
Do you think I can use that to expedite the case ?
I'll be the only one working now
My work authorization will be expired in 2 days.
DIY Prosecutorial discretion after temporary green card
Hello,
Hope everyone is doing well. Happy February.
I got my green card a year ago thru. I-130 and I-485.
After researching, I'm thinking about DIY PD myself. positive factors (written statement) + supporting documents +luck
Has anyone DIY PD themselves or do you know anyone who DIY PD themselves? Please share your experience.
Thank you! #PD# Prosecutorial discretion
USCIS processing experience
Hi everyone,
I wanted to reach out to see if any of you have had a similar experience.
On September 14, 2022, I submitted my
I-360, I-485, I-765 and I-131. I received a prima facie approval on November 22, 2022. Received a mail saying fingerprints were taken on January 13, 2023 for my I-485 and I-360, and USCIS used my previous fingerprints so I didn't have to go in person. However, I haven't received any updates on my I-765 and I-131 since. Let me know if any of you have gone through a similar experience.
Thanks!
have all paper work ready completed amd most importantly have them organized and be relaxed
my case took about three years my wife is from yemen but lives in Saudi Arabia, yes it took a while but now it’s been processed to the nvc successfully because I brought all the necessary documents and the nvc has just sent me a complet documentary qualified notice so now just waiting for her interview In Saudi.

Affidavit of Support
I triple checked USCIS website before I submitted my RFE there was nothing about an increased in poverty line now I am hearing that there is an increased and it is effective the same day I submitted my Rfe smh my anxiety is at an all time high. I was denied once and I can’t afford for that to happen again.
letter from USCIS Field office ,
hi , we had our field office interview almost a year back . Back then we got individual letters in mail for all 3 of us . now through USPS info delivery info see another set of lettters coming from FO . Just wondering what they could be ? RFE or interview letter ? any idea ?
I-131 online Status change
folks, does I-131 online status change has any significance on the application or it’s just a routine automated timed update ? After quite some time (around 5.5 months) I see a different online status for my I-131 application. Initially it was “Case Received” and now it shows something different “Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken”. Biometric was done in Sep 07 2022.
I-130 notice of intent to deny
hello, my sister filed for I-360 last year March. she received. she already filed for family greencard, I-485 and I-765 with husband but things started falling apart. moving forward, she pre-approved for prima facie around June and Nov, she got work permit and SSN card. few days ago, she was sent a notice for i-693, medical exam. All looks good so far right? well, her husband just got a denial notice for the I-130. They said he would have to provide additional proof in 33 days if he wants to continue.
Could this be due to the fact that they are working on her papers separately? could this affect her process?
