60 days since interview, no I131 either
just hit 60 days since my interview at the NY FO 😣. My I131 also seems to have been forgotten about despite having filed concurrently. I have no overstays and Canadian. What’s going on??

Finally a LPR
It has been an interesting and partially stressful process but thankful it has come to an end especially after getting a needless Polio RFE in September.
In all, we give glory to God.
Hoping everyone gets a favorable decision soonest.
God speed.

EAD has been approved for a long time but never sent
I filed my AOS for EB2 and I765, and I have received an approval( approval decision rendered) for my I-765 Application earlier in September, and the notice i received in the mail says i should be receiving the EAD within 7-14 days but it has been more than 40 days and i still haven’t received it. I chatted with Emma, but honestly they weren’t helpful. I’m wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation!
Attorney issue
Hi Guys
i provided everything my attorney requested from me as a document, information to submit i-485 and EAD on october first. but still they have not send the documents to uscis. they say they are carefully reviewing each and every document and it takes time. i am not buying this lie. but how should i react this situation? i dont want my attorney to irritate by my actions. please share your thoughts.
Should I file N-400 now or wait until after I move?
Hey everyone,
I’m eligible to file my N-400 in about a week, but I’m also planning to move out of my current state soon. I’m honestly so ready to be done with this process, but I’m not sure what’s the smarter move: should I go ahead and file now before I move then update my address(AR 11), or wait until I settle in my new state (which would mean waiting another 3 months before I’m eligible again)?
I feel like I’m in limbo and would really appreciate any advice or experiences from anyone who’s been in a similar situation.
Thanks in advance!
