@Marvin A I chatted and apparently they can not give me any answers till July 1st, that’s when I can file second inquiry. it has been forwarded to the field office, one agent said it waiting for the interview the other said we can not tell anything what’s happening in field office.

@Jahan Anwar The reason i asked is because mine is 289 days today And its still same National Benefit Center although i reside In Atlanta. i called their Phone Line And i was told interview has been requested but NO assigned date. i have been worried cos its taking longer. My family are traveling For graduation abroad but i cant because OF this application. i am just going through same thing as you

I file my N400 Nov 2024 and I got and interview scheduled for March 20th 2025, then March 13th 2025 I got a notification that my interview for my interview is canceled due to an internal issue on there self and they will reschedule me a new appointment at there ealiest time, today makes it 106 days I haven’t heard anything back from them and have also called twice and the only thing I heard was am still in the timeline.

“Under 8 C.F.R. § 335.3(a), USCIS is required to render a final decision on the naturalization application within 120 days after the applicant’s initial examination (interview).
