vawa cancellation of removal EOIR 42B

I had my asylum case admin closed and i360 pending in uscis, few days ago my attorney told me that I have master hearing coming on 4th of December, she said we have to file 42B in immigration court, so on December 4th my hearing was on Webex on 2:00pm but after long wait judge didn’t showed up, my question is that is that good to file 42B while vawa is pending in uscis, is this same thing but it will be in the immigration court? please share your opinion, thank you

Travelling with AP ( I 360 and 485 is pending )

hi I have AP and I'm planning to travel for 2 weeks out of country with i360 and 485 pending. I'm coming back to jfk airport during end of December. I'm traveling out or country after 9 years I'm concerned due to new administration. how is the immigration experience at jfk. what all questions they might ask. please share your recent experience Thanks

anyone have experience like this i apply i-131 application for refugee travel document on September/12/2024 and is this also approved on November/19/2025 but now 20 days ago my document is pending for produce.. i also received approval notice in my mail please if anyone have experience like that how many days they take to produce my document.

I had my interview in Houston 12/04 we went with our 9 months daughter, interview went really well but officer said her supervisor has to sign off that I will receive conditional green card in mail, no updates since then just worried

does anyone get a second interview after the first one did my first in October and I get 2 fta log code and I call uscis and say I’ve been scheduled for a second interview but nothing log a date yet

Did any one get a double interview for their I-751 and N-400 whilst divorced? If so what type of questions did you get asked during the I-751 interview?

Has anyone received their asylum green card approval since December?

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if anyone with an asylum-based green card application has gotten approved recently, especially since December. My case has been pending for over a year and is still stuck on “Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints.” With the new restrictions being discussed under the Trump administration, I’m also getting worried about whether any upcoming executive orders or policy changes could slow down or affect pending asylum green card applications. So I’d like to ask: 1. Has anyone seen approvals for asylum-based green cards in December? 2. Could the new administration’s immigration actions affect pending asylee I-485 cases? 3. Has anyone received RFEs, interview notices, or any updates recently? Any experiences or timelines would really help. Thanks in advance!

cancelled asylum, green card through marriage now US citizen

I have question and is wondering if anyone is in this same situation. I filed for asylum, got married to a US citizen got green card and then cancelled asylum. then became a US citizen. Can I return to home country and back to the US without any issues? have anyone returned to home country and back to the US of recently. appreciate all your help

AUGUST 2022 APPROVED! How long NVC takes?

#F2A I went on reddit last night and someone from August posted about their approval, was curious how my API looked like so I went on USCIS and approval was under documents tab!! About my case. Started in California in 2024 got transferred to Vermont, FTA0 completed in January 2025, October 8th 2025 transferred to Nebraska. December 8th approval - notice came from Texas, so exactly 2 months after transfer got approval. No update on uscis website yet but approval is there. Hang in there, your approval is coming! Question to people who do consular processing and their case got approved recently - how long for NVC stage? Letter, DQ?
