5 years and 5 months of waiting—and still counting
What should I do? There has been no update and no RFE on my case. I have no criminal record, but my case has been stuck in security clearance for a long time, and I’m emotionally exhausted. On top of that, the recent ICE news is making me extremely anxious. I have two children here in the U.S and I’m worried about our future. I’ve been considering filing a mandamus lawsuit on my own, but I’m scared. Can my case be denied because of pending security clearance if I file for mandamus? Can anyone please help me understand the correct step-by-step process?”
With God blessing, Finally approved

Great to know
I was researching an automatic revoke Probably from lawfully and decided to researched further on my case details This would unlikely happen based on the fact.:
✅ my I-130 has already been approved.
✅ I have clear documentation of my. relationship (lease, joint plans, family support, etc.)
✅ we’ve both remained married and together.
✅ No fraud or legal violations present.
✅ No divorce or death.
There’s nothing that would trigger automatic revocation.
Why do some people suddenly see "Automatically Revoked" notices?
Because:
-They get divorced.
-Their U.S. petitioner died.
-The petitioner withdrew.
-The consulate uncovered deliberate fraud.*
* If USCIS or the consulate formally determines the marriage was entered into primarily for immigration benefits with credible, documented proof.*
-The case sat untouched for over a year at the NVC after approval.
I am not NOT in any category.
( To keep myself from freaking out.
I search for those answers myself that were likely or unlikely)
Lawfully it's a good app but can unnecessarily freak you out. Because even though it's going base on your case and statistics, it doesn't mean that you would fit in that category.
Is this the same for everyone?
Our case has updated as being sent to the Department Of State. But Lawfully is saying 64% likely to be Automatically Revoked! Am I tripping or is this nurmal? 😨😟

Finally Updated i485 Approved after Interview.🥳
My Husband and I Attended to his Interview on June 9th.
we we were advice my husband was approved on the spot before we even got to seat in the office. interview was really fun and smooth. No Question were asked, No Documents requested. “unsolicited Evidence is very very important”. always added everything as it happened and all milestones in our life. new bills new statements, tax and everything we thought could be useful and mostly pictures a lot of them. the day of the interview we were told that she already saw everything and felt like she knew us and our family already. came back home with all evidence I took with us untouched. photo album she saw because I ordered her to do so since I spent 3 days making it for her lol. which she looked at all pictures and laughed about them all. “270 pictures total”.
i130 was approved by the time we got to the car.
i1485 changed to actively reviewing this case.
TODAY JUNE 26 “15 days after the interview” Finally updated to i485 APPROVED and Document is on the Document Tab. Finally Done now let’s wait for my Husband GC to Arrive 😜🥳.

Update to case - now worried
I got notice today for RFE on my vawa. I saw notice on here so I don’t have the physical notice yet. Honestly I don’t have a good feeling about it especially with everything going on.
My case is difficult anyway so this make me nervous. I don’t know what they need and honestly I don’t have anything else I can give them.
Have anybody else got RFE for the i360? If so what did they need?

2nd RFE request
Hi, I just received a message that USCIS sent me today a RFE. I already submitted a medical RFE and until today it was showing RFE was received.
My husband (he is the main applicant) got a message New Card is being produced.
Anyone has any idea what could possible be this second RFE they’ve sent me?
