@Cricket Smile If you didn’t take it during your initial exam, just take one at the civil surgeon now. This one should be super easy.

I received rfe as my civil surgeon that signed my packet is inactive now. but not for vaccine somewhat similar.

I'm, felt frustrated , but you can do it 1 time 1. get a shot from cvs 2.get updated form from your sergion 3. go to usps to send it back 1 hour journey

@H K again we need to send sealed envelope to USCIS? , my civil surgeon said polio is not required .

@Calif boy I think get another opinion from another civil surgeon. polio vaccine is required as far as I know unless you have antibodies confirmed from blood test.

@Cricket Smile received an rfe for polio vaccination. my surgeon wrote its not required because of th age group. but the rfe letter says its appropriate for my age group. i guess the civil surgeons dont keep themselves upto date. now my question is do we need to send just polio vaccine certificate after getting it done or do we need to get i-693 recompleted by surgeon with polio vaccine record in it ? and second the most recent i-693 form version is jan-2025 . should we use this or use march-2023 form which is still valid until 1st of july.

@raza khan I would check that with my attorney, but on the version, it says use the one dated 3/9/2023.

@Cricket Smile yes but just above that it says , use the most recent version. and the most recent version is jan 2025 . plus i tried to look for march 2023 version on uscis website. i couldnt find it. i have also sent a query to my attorney. will keep u posted

@raza khan this is what I found on uscis 01/20/25. If the civil surgeon signs your form on or before July 2, 2025, you must use the 03/09/23 or the 01/20/25 edition. Starting July 3, 2025, USCIS will accept only the 01/20/25 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

@L F did you submit a new form with all the vaccine record again?

@H K my company attorney has also changed, so they have asked to send the envelope (once received) to them and they would send it with the G28 form notify change in attorney. also, what is the deadline for you to send the rfe response? i believe it must be July 27 or 28?
