what does my case transfer mean?
"USCIS chat told me my case moved from NBC to the NY Field Office on August 21, but nothing happened. Yesterday, another agent said it got moved again to the Queens Field Office, where I actually live. Why does my case keep getting transferred? What’s the difference between the NY and Queens offices?
