@nita n after the RFE, the Officer wasn't satisfied. He/she basically stated that my endeavor as a Criminalist/Forensic Scientist was more localized to the agency I serve at than at a national level. Funny! 🤣
But well, God turned it around after I filed a motion to reopen.
Honestly, this NIW thing is such a subjective process. Some folks have all the scholarly materials you could ever imagine and yet get denied while others who have little in comparison get approved... It's wild!
