Hi Guys,
Service Center: NBC
Local Field Office: Phoenix, AZ
Forms Filed: I-485, I-765 and I-131
PD: 10/18/2023
Biometrics Taken: 11/02/2023
Contacted USCIS via EMMA: I was advised that the interview was waived on 10/24/2023.
IDK if USCIS agents have provided me the correct info, but it seems like it's too soon for them to waive the interview. They received my case on 10/18/2023. 🤔 Has anyone else had a similar experience?

@M V they said the same thing to me. Mine too was too soon, so I guessing they’re saying but it’s not 100% accurate. it’s a possibility

Sent my case on 6/2 interview was waived on 6/12, got approved on 11/5 no interview. Good Luck!

@M V PD: 7/13 and my interview was waived 7/20 according to them. I’m done with biometrics.

@NH O I just asked if there was any updates on my case. You can also ask directly if your interview was waived.
