pls help to understand why it took so long
submitted almost 4 years ago. and it’s not even active review. recently submitted more evidence pictures and all docs. hoping on that. pls share your experience what else I can do to expedite my case. I have not seen my kids for a years

Hi Lawfully friends,
i got my EB1-A aprovel on September 14. Now I have a question. I want to go to my country as a family emergency so as there any time limit should I spend in USA after getting green card and travel? or I can travel directly.
i am worry if I leave USA and would immigration related issues in return.
please share your experience.
