service request
has anyone ever received a service request response from uscis.
where did they send the response?
I submit one a month ago and today on another app I see where they say a response to my request was sent about why my case is taking long but I cannot find that response anywhere. no emails no messages nothing in online account.

I did one they send the response to my email and also my husband did one they send to his email they said the i130 will take 5 more months and the i485 will take two more months they said the delay has nothing to do with the case something about shortage of staff my husband filed December 2021 and I see many ppl that filed way way ofter being processed so it could not be short staff it must be something else it must be someone not doing their job

I wonder if the email didn't went true. I contacted them today and a few hour after I see the message in the app but no emails
maybe tomorrow I don't know.

@god bless its just crazy u soon approve I did mind january 2022 and I got approve 1 month after u did yours. got approve last month but my daughter is in jamaica and her i130 is still pending.

when you call uscis and you get a agent you can request one by giving them the reason like if your case is outside the normal processing time you tell them and they’ll do a service request based on that you can also go online to request one
