expedite request
does anyone no if you can make a expedite request on a I-485 because it is taking so long. (waaaay out of processing times but USCIS doesn’t care)
my PD is 8/17/2021, I just sent a case inquiry and they said to expect my decision in 6 months.
I am going to look into mandemus, if anyone knows of a good lawyer that accepts payment plan, please leave it in the comments. thank you everyone.
Got approved after getting interview cancelled on the same day
After waiting for 3 months after attending my interview with no updates after it. I finally got an update in the morning today on my i485 saying my interview was canceled, and i130 became actively reviewed which confuse me. Luckily later at 6pm the same day, I got an update from app saying my case got approved.
The waiting is finally over and I hope all people here who is still waiting will receive your approval notification soon.

Mine was transferred to NBC in Oct 2022 and no updates ever since then.
Does anyone here has PD in Oct 2020? Visa Bulletin hasn’t changed yet T.T

i601-a Process
I have a Massachusetts license.... social security that says ( Valid for Work Only With DHS Authorization)... and I'm waiting for my i601-a to be approved... while I'm waiting, I want to know if I can work uber driver... already uploaded documents on uber driver app, they accepted me with that social, but I'm a little afraid if that affects my process, because I don't have yet work permit, and I need to work 🤦♂️. #work #i601-a

Does it mean that USCIS no longer process F4 cases? Since I've registered on this Lawfully app. I have not seen where someone posted that they have just approved his/her F4 case. This whole stuff is getting tiring.
Upon they have reduced the processing months on F4 to 48 months, and I'm yet to see the result. Can someone please tell me what's happening?

US Citizen filed I-130 petition for spouse
In April 2022, we filled out and submitted the 130 form for spouse ! from October,17,22 showing : Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. they have not asked us for any documents or evidence . I called USCIS few times and they said your case is processing normally and just wait! Estimated Time shows 4 weeks left in the online account! the last day to make inquiry, shows the beginning of December,2023! first our case was in California, then it was sent to Texas, and 3 months ago it was sent to the Vermont service center! It is really boring. Please write here if you have had a similar experience.
