Mine was Dec 25 and got approved Nov 17. Seems like they are now touching Dec cases

@jareena shrestha is yours counselor processing? based on the data I have collected the average for case approval is 11months or 326 days for the Texas Service Center without RFE ofcourse. Now keep in mind every case is unique but this is the average based on more than 100 cases I was tracking.

@R B well my husband is in us and filed i-130from there and im from another country .. what does counselor procesing mean?

@jareena shrestha means you the person is not in the US and will need to go through the US embassy for interview and get an immigrant visa

not necessary. mine is also counselor processing. what is your service center. I mean I am seeing Dec cases being approved. so if not next week hopefully after Thanksgiving.....
