beginning of September when I checked my USCIS account I saw some progress he said the estimated time for a decision for my I-765 was 4 months by the middle of September when I checked back it changed to your case is taking longer than expected and now this morning I decided to peak my curiosity and check my status and now it says estimsted time until case decision is 2 weeks, so again is this accurate because i dont wanna get excited
If you file an appeal with the AAO is there any point refilling another I140 petition?

as stated above is there any point refilling if your original 140 was denied and you are going to appeal? as surely if the AAO denies your appeal again, USICS is never going to approve another petition? thank you

Actively Reviewing Notification
Hey all,
I just recently noticed that our case had an update. I wasn't aware of it before. We submitted our case back on June 20th of this month. The "Actively Reviewing" was updated on Sept 14th. And the case progress says it will be 2 weeks until a decision is made. I recently traveled to see my husband and haven't updated the case with pictures or flight and saty information. Is it too late? Or will uploading this new evidence cause a delay in our process? Anyone in the same boat!? ๐ฅน๐๐ฝ very nervous about this all. hello all , I applied in dec 2022. Pd is 11/2021 EB3 skilled . my case just go transfered to Seattle in October after spending 10 months at Phoenix field office . It just changed to ready to he scheduled . hoping I donโt have to wait long . Will it take a lot more
months for interview to scheduled ? Anyone knows how long it take in Seattle ? or got a similar experience as I did ?. thanks so much for your help !

Is U.S passport enough to prove citizenship
Hi everyone, we are filing for an adjustment of status. My husband is a U.S citizen and for the I-130 petition we need to provide proof of citizenship. He received his citizenship through parents and was not born in the US. He lost both his birth certificate and naturalisation certificate. Is U.S passport alone enough to prove citizenship?

PD 12/7/22. did my biometric April for my I-765, I-485. got an Rfe for my step mom tax transcript her signature and my medical(June 27 23) we submitted in September. 14 days later they updated my case
to respond to Rfe. 9 days later case being actively reviewed. should I be getting approval soon. FO. Charleston sc. service c. nbc
Timeline
I got an actively review notice for I130 on Oct 2nd and estimated progress time changed from 2 months to 6 months. I really thought I had to wait a few more months but I485 was approved the next day! I130 approval showed up on the following day. Now I485 changed to โCard was producedโ and will be waiting for the card to show up in the mail!
