notice in the mail
hello I just saw in my informed delivery a mail coming with my husband’s name on it who is petitioning for me. Mail from USCIS. I have checked my documents and there is nothing. no updates and nothing has changed. what could it be?

i got the same thing and it was just the welcome to the uscis letter where they say ur husband should make an online account if he didn’t already

It might be RFE for I-130.

it’s hilarious that they basically forgot to send those letters now everyone is getting them months and months and months later. maybe we are all a part of a group that might actually get a notice for something important soon! good luck
