Sep 3, 2020 - Initial interview
No movements for more than a year after interview
Jan 2022 - Reach out to ombudsman office
Feb 2022 - Ombudsman office told me I am scheduled for an interview
April 13, 2022 - Stokes interview
April 14, 2022 - I-130 Approved
April 28, 2022 - I-486 denied once again 😭
Application was filed with a lawyer, I spent over 7k with this lawyer. He did nothing for me.

Wife's I 130 application
Hi, I am a permanent resident from Pakistan I had applied permanent resident status for my wife through Form I-130 it's been two years since I applied and the status hasn't changed from being actively reviewed on USCIS site. When can I expect a status change or how much more time would it take for the case to move on?
Can I re-file I-130 ?
I am USC and filed my mom’s I-130 last year, which got approved in this Aug but with exception to file I-824 because I selected both options for next phase. I already filled I-824, almost 2 months ago. But reading through comments seems like going to take forever. So, I was thinking may be I can re-file i-130 again. And whichever will approve first, we will go through that route. Now, my question is, if that is allowed and filling new I-130 won’t impact current I-824.

Hi everyone, it’s been almost a year since I started the I 130 petition for my husband. Since being a F2A category I don’t think this is going to approved in a couple of years. I’m planning to leave the country for two years while the time goes by. Does anyone know how long does it take to have the travel document in hands ?

beginning of September when I checked my USCIS account I saw some progress he said the estimated time for a decision for my I-765 was 4 months by the middle of September when I checked back it changed to your case is taking longer than expected and now this morning I decided to peak my curiosity and check my status and now it says estimsted time until case decision is 2 weeks, so again is this accurate because i dont wanna get excited
