yeah, there has been system glitches in the last couple months. I, for example, got 3 system updates saying RFE has been sent, on three different dates. I only received one and submitted the response. 20 days after, I got another system update saying another RFE sent and them 24 hours after, approval was given. So these are mostly system malfunctions.

@FlyHigh ❤️ how long after you sent your RFE response did you have an update in the system that they received your response? or haven’t you seen any update saying they received your answer? Was it from RFE sent to be approved? How long did it take? Was your RFE only for physical? Sorry for all those questions and thank you in advance.

I got RFE to provide more evidence. I submitted RFE and was delivered by courier on October 20th. I didn't hear anything until yesterday, 17th November. so it took about 26 days

@faisal mo , yes. My case was approved on November 17th, 2023. RFE was asking me to provide evidence of US equivalent of bachelors and 5 years of post-graduation experience

@Li S I haven't send any RFE response till yet. First RFE response is being prepared. 2nd seems as a result of system malfunction likely.
