does anyone know if you need to do biometric again for 10 years Green Card after your 2 years Green Card?

no they will send u notice saying they gonna use past biometrics

only if you changed your name on the I-751 application . I added my marriage name when I was doing the application and I had do another biometrics . If that’s not the case , you’re good.
