Card in hand faster than expected, it took 2 days after it was produced to get to me. I haven’t felt the excitement as yet due to other factors but I’m patiently waiting for the welcome letter for my daughter’s case from NVC. Good luck to those who are still waiting.

Thinking of Applying for DV lottery
I have my case pending. But I was wondering if it is possible to apply for the GC lottery, as a back up plan. I have had problems with my wife’s infidelity and emotional abuse. Is it possible to apply for DV lottery without jeopardizing my current application? My other option is to go the VAWA way. Thanks.

I see on USCIS that I have 1week before decision on AP and the progress for EAD shows “it’s taking too long”. anyone received decision within 90days after filing?

Hello everyone, my citizen husband filed the i130 petition in December 2022 in Texas, since July 3 he has been in Potomac with the status that it is being actively reviewed, my question is what would happen if I sent unsolicited evidence?, like photos or other evidence, on myuscis' account, to see if that helps, who has had a case similar to mine? I appreciate your help

2nd Interview scheduled
after multiple attempts and request submitted through the White House 3 days ago ,I heard back from the White House advising that an interview has been scheduled for Mid November . This will be our second interview after the first one 2 years ago . I submitted my medicals a year ago,how long is the medicals valid for . I don’t want any more delays so I will like to know and get that handy .
whole process stressing me out .
