@suchana pachhai mine 17th November. I have only seen people got or already have interview who got DQed until late July.

@vidya vidya it’s interesting you did not receive interview letter since you were DQed before October 5.. did you send request to NVC to have both parents interview on same date? and one of your parent has different DQ date sometime November so may be that’s why it’s delayed?

I think interview date is based on visa category. I researched and came to know that visa bulletin doesn’t affect cr1 and Ir1 visas however other visas like ir5 student and tourist is affected by bulletin time

@suchana pachhai immediate family members are souse of US citizen (cr1 if marriage is less than 2 years, IR1 if marriage is more than 2 years, IR5 parents of US citizen) these are called immediate family members and there is always visa available meaning it doesn’t effect by visa bulletin. mine is cr1

seems like interview letter comes around 1.5 month of DQ ani interview date chahi 1.5 month of interview letter ako bata date

@suchana pachhai every month IL comes around 20th if you see past months data and last time people got IL who got DQ from September until Oct 5th so next one will be until first week of November so you will be included that’s why 😀

only exception is if embassy don’t have limited or no appointments slots and looking at current trend they are progressing good.
