writ of mandamus
please who has filed writ of mandamus recently, can you give me what they asked for and how much do you pay, my Wedding will be four years April 20, in 5 months time, if USCIS don’t answer us by then, we will file for it, I just want to know the documents they will ask for.

I'm considering to do a Mandamus and hire an Attorney from Florida because she makes USCIS pay the Mandamus filing fees but you idk exactly hoy much she charges because I need to pay $200.00 consultation and I would need to pay the Mandamus filing fees first. I would think between $6000.00 to $10,000.00

@nicky Oscar My I-485 application it's been pending for 20 months, USCIS has all the documents they need about me. I did 2 inquiries and they just sent me letters saying that they are experiencing a high volume application to process. I reached Congressman and Ombudsman and I've received the same answer. My last resource is Mandamus. Right now I don't have the money to afford a Mandamus and I'm looking to get it.This attorney in Florida is the only one I heard that she offers make USCIS pay for filling fees.

have never been divorce @jhoe 🇳🇬 I’m from Nigeria too, I came in as an F1, got my associates in Science, I transferred to a university where I’m getting my BSc, I’m premed and I’m in my senior year….. I don’t even know what to say anymore, I’m so frustrated.

You can sue on your own as self representative, and much cheaper, my friend did it, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se" there is channel Immigration Aid helping out people.
