Thanks for the advices guy! So suppose that I find a sponsor that is willing to file for i485J, but it gonna take them 3-4 months to file. Will it be a problem with USCIS?

@ben jamin it should not be a problem if you can proof you’re able to stick under eb3 unskilled category :)

I believe the only problem is IF uscis request something from you.

@ben jamin find an employer who is willing to fill the suppliment j and keep it with you unless USCIS asks for it, no need to send it to USCIS until and unless you get rfe for suppliment j.

@ben jamin it doesn't take a day to fill that form But then remember you don't have to submit it If you can retrieve your I485 form... I485J is very similar Fill everything except the part your employer needs to sign and date Then keep the form and 🤞

@USCIS . Again, BDV will not send a thing. If you are scared Send in your I485J, there is nothing to fear It will likely trigger an interview though But then you might just be lucky
