485 processing time for eb3
My perm got approved recently.
prevailing wage file 5/22
perm file 12/22
perm approved 11/23
I am on OPT which expires in March.
Now I want to apply for I140 and I485 together but visa bulletin is not current for adjustment of status(485). If I do premium processing for I140, can I apply for 485 based on my PWD and perm filling date?
So that my status will be pending after my OPT expires. please let me know if I am missing anything. Thank you.

You can submit your 140 with normal or premium of your choice. There is no point now to file premium since your PD is not current and can’t file your 485 until your date became current (possibly next October) you have to maintain your status upto that point (you may overstay upto 180 days but not recommanding this)

@Soyeb M you can file I-140 and I-485 concurrently. Uscis is using Filling Dates in visa bulletin. in November and December Filing Dates for Eb3 is Feb 2023. It means beneficiaries with PD earlier than this date may file I-485. After your OPT expires you'll switch to pending AOS that doesn't give you any status but gives you opportunity to stay legally in the US. PD is the day your PERM filed.

im so sorry for you, all the time i was so hyped to get my PERM but since EB3 is so lost i dont even care anymore 1,5 years just for DOL and still its all for nothing, i mean even a I140 is useless now.
