I140 and I485 processing
I'm on OPT. My employer is applying for my green card through EB3 process. My perm got approved recently.
Now I want to apply for I140 and I485 together but visa bulletin is not current. My EB3 process started 05/22 by filing prevailing wage and then 12/22 applied for perm. My OPT expires in 4-5 months. Now my question is if I do premium processing for I140, can I apply for I485 based on my PWD and perm filling date ?

if you can why not do EB1?
Not sure you can get file 485 outside FD. why not extent your OPT EAD?

@Alam Mia you can file I-140 and I-485 concurrently if your PD is December 2022. Uscis is accepting AOS based on Filling Dates in Visa bulletin. you have time until December 31, 2023.
