Finally Approved
I just got the 2nd actively reviewed. I went to the document tab and saw the approval notice.
Now phase 2 stsrts "NVC", let's see how long that takes

@Ashkan Alasvand I did not apply to NVC actually you don't apply to NVC but once the case is approved by USCIS it goes to NVC and you wait till NVC send the welcome letter so you can pay, upload documents etc.

@Tai A. thanks. Actually it was showing 3 weeks and still got approved. I do not and never paid attention to the progress tab as it is incorrect. Hope that helps

Tonight I got the Case Approved / Case Closed. So now I need to wait for the NVC Welcome Letter. Hopefully that comes in few days
