Is there anyone who applied #I-751 in 2023 and still hasn’t been approved yet? I submitted my application in November 2023, but it still only says that "Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS". I applied only for permanent residency, not for citizenship. Thanks.

My i-130 and i-485 both changed to interview scheduled just now, 2 months and a half for I-130 and 1 month for I-485. Do you think my case is moving quick? Will it be a different interview for both applications or just one?

I received the following update regarding my #i-751 case today: "Cancellation Notice for Request for Additional Evidence". I looked it up and it basically just means they were going to request more evidence but changed they mind? Anyone had this experience and how long until it was approved?

green card returned to USCIS

so my green card was approved and sent to my lawyers address but for some reason at my lawyers lobby they did kit recognized de addressee(me) and they sent the card back to USCIS. I called USCIS and got the address changed for them to ship it back. anyone has had these happened to them with any peace of mail? how long will they take to remail it? any suggestions? comments?

Estoy muy peeocupada recibi un rfe el 5 de febero del 2025 respondi el rfe el 24 de abril y el 8 de mayo pase a recibido y activamente revisandose, la mayoria de los casos q recibieron en mi tiempo un rfe y con los cuales estoy en un grupo los negaron casi de inmediato luego de pasar a activamente revisandose, pero mi caso sigue ahi congelado habra algun problema adicional? o sera positivo que siga asi?
