@Yevhenii Rusaniuk did u apply for g325a for DA and EAD or just waiting?

didn’t apply for G-325A, Deferred Action, or an EAD because it doesn’t really make sense in my situation. I entered the U.S. through the Uniting for Ukraine parole program and already filed for a humanitarian re-parole extension. Right now I’m just waiting for a decision on that application.

@Yevhenii Rusaniuk too, it makes sense. but DA protects from deportation and parole doesn’t (since it’s not TPS) and DA work permit is free and valid for 4y and parole’s work 1y only and about $750 fee

I’m honestly afraid that if I apply for Deferred Action and it gets denied, it could increase the chances of receiving a Notice to Appear and ending up in immigration court. Since I already have a pending re-parole application, I’ve decided to wait for that decision instead of filing for DA right now. What do you think?
