anyone here filed writ of mandmus for i 130? I just want to know time line how long take for approval after filed?

I sent the response to the RFE on October 9 of my I-130, and I'm still waiting. This situation is frustrating for us. My service center is Nebraska, we sent three inquiries , 2 personal and 1 from Congress, and nothing has changed.
