why not? it’s legal to get married and file for marriage based GC.

Your i485 is processed independently not from your abuser so as long as your , I 360 has been approved and your i485 is approved. Also, you have your green card in your hand then you can get married and file for whoever I’ve had this discussion with my Attorney one too many times.

You’re good to marry your Fiancee once your GC come in hand make sure she’s in legal status if not she will have to go home after i130 approval for her GC to be processed. Congratulations

You’re good to go. The I-485 might not be approved until you’re a citizen, but the EAD and I-130 can go through and she will no longer be held under the restrictions of f1.

congrats, if you marry your girlfriend in F1 status she would have to remain in status until she has her green card, also the process is longer because you are a green card holder and not a US citizen.
