I received a response to my case inquiry today:
My case has been stuck on: Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received, since April 28th, it was medical RFE btw, after submitting an e-request few weeks ago I got an email from USCIS saying:
We are waiting for the results of the required security checks on your case before we can continue our review. All applicants for a U.S. immigration benefit are subject to criminal and national security background checks to ensure they are eligible for that benefit. USCIS performs checks on each applicant, regardless of ethnicity, national origin, or religion.
anyone experienced this? is it a good sign and does it mean I’m getting an update soon?
Case outside normal Processing time
My priority date is February 8, 2023. And my status has remained pending since after my interview in August 2023. I reached out to USCIS July 30th after my priority date became current. But I since have not heard from them. what should I do. Anyone with similar experience?. Thanks

Medical Exam
Did someone receive a request for the medical exam or other evidence through a notice letter instead of RFE?
I called USCIS last Friday, and the agent said that the officer had already issued the letter, but nothing had changed in my account. I searched that sometimes they just sent a notice letter instead of an RFE.

My case has been completed!
The problem is that I came to Korea on vacation for a week with my family using my L1 visa, and I am scheduled to return on Friday.
However, my case was approved yesterday.
In this situation, what should I do?🤣🤣

I already had my EAD when I was married, it was canceled and when I applied for VAWA I received my new EAD in 118 days, I requested the AP and it has been 208 days without an update, only that it would not be necessary to take the photos or biometrics again because they would use the last time I did it.. everything normal so far right? Process sent January 2025
