My wife’s grandfather passed
My wife lost her grandpa she she’s trying to expedite her case. This was the response email she got. what does it mean? Had anyone gotten this response?

After careful review of your inquiry for your I-131 Application for Travel Document, we determined that your issue will be best addressed by the USCIS office processing your case; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the Oklahoma City Field Office. The referral ID for this inquiry is xxxxxxxxx. The Oklahoma City Field Office will contact you concerning your case once they have reviewed your inquiry. Please allow the USCIS office 30 calendar days to respond to your request.”

waiting for decision after interview
I had my interview on November 9th. the officer asked how we meet, what our daily routine like, ask me how I came to US and if I went to school (I confirmed and showed her all my degree’s). she asked my husband about his first marriage. she asked how did he become citizen. (husband is active duty US army)
after that she went through the whole I-485 and I-130 with us.
she said they will get back to us.
Since then we have been waiting. there is no update on my account.
my work authorization has been approved the day of the interview.
It’s been so difficult waiting with no response
progress time 1 week left
For the i130 I had a progress time that changed from taking longer than expected to 5 weeks and gradually decreasing week after another . filing date November 2022 . this is concurrently filed for us citizen spouse . already received rfe for medical 6 month ago and everything still pending. I am wondering if it will ever be approved or it will change again to taking longer than expected!!!! I feel like I can’t wait anymore very stressful .
