if you are spouse of lpr then you are in F2A! If your 485 receipt notice had a priority date then that otherwise i360 receipt notice priority date, if both blank then the date they received your application(date of receipt notice) is your priority date

my spouse is a LPR and I submitted my i360 first and a year later my i485. That means that my priority date is in my i360 ? @uscislin linuscis thanks

if your spouse is us citizen, it doesnt matter, as soon as your i360 is approved, uscis can abjudicate your i485, spouses of us citizen dont have to wait for a visa number based on priority date unlike lpr spouse

if your i485 was earlier filed for a diff case and later you filed i360 and informed uscis to transfer your i485 to be with i360, then your priority date is before the FAD, so you are eligible for 485 abjudication as of feb 24 visa bulletin @t b
