interview appointment
I just received my interview notice by mail today, and my interview has been scheduled in Kentucky on 01/18/2024
We live at New Jersey and we never move or live outside New Jersey.
I just completely fail to understand why they would schedule our interview in Kentucky, when we have never lived there. Has this ever happened to anyone. Please I need help.

My question is, when my residency is approved, will I have to wait 5 years to submit my citizenship? hello Community,
I applied my VAWA in Feb 2021 and I am still waiting, and same time my fiancé want to get married.
the question is if I get married, yes the vawa file will be automatically going to close but, what about the I 485 AOS?
can I apply again each and every file?
is there any problem if I do that?

Any pattern for EADs issued right after biometrics?
I’ve seen a number of people reporting that their Employment Authorization was issued the day after their biometrics were taken (in one case, mere hours). Is it mostly for applications at a particular service center or some other identifiable pattern?
Had my biometrics collected yesterday, however I don’t appear to be one of the lucky ones. USCIS should be more consistent. #EAD #I-765
DIVORCE WITH CONDITIONAL GC
hello everyone. I am married around 3 years and I have a conditional green card for 9-10 months. my marriage had Been going very bad. first my husband’s mom threatened me I have no proof then my husband kicked me from home with no money I have video while he is kicking me and I was in the street for a one night middle of the winter. after this incident my husbands brother called me and threatened me with my life and kicking me out of this country and I called cops on brother and mom. their name on the police report under “woman harassment “ while these are happening my husband and I doesn’t have ANY intimacy. several times I asked him to save this marriage have an intimacy but he blamed me as a being immoral and disgusting no intimacy 1 year. I recorded his voice several times about this topic. I did get tired of all incidents and living like a roommates. we are not just roommates we are roommates that hates each other. I asked him to divorce but he is obsessed w me mentally he is refusing me in the bed and refusing divorcing with me and blaming me all his family’s life threatening behaviors. I am very very tired of all this. I really want to divorce but I wanna keep my green card. this marriage is real I don’t wanna fill vawa or start new application. I asked lawyer once they said if uscis wants to give my non-conditional card they will but not guaranteed. so I am asking you guys according to all these incidents proofs and situation that I’m in, can I divorce and still get my non-conditional green card ?
