do we know what this could mean? I was chatting with a live agent and she told my file was last reviewed on 11/17/23 when it was transferred to local office. has anyone else experienced this?

Adjustment of Status
Hello all I have a question, my case was consular processing, everything was good with NVC and only had interview to go. Then my wife parole in the US, now we want to adjust her status, when submitting the form I 485 do we need to provide all the evidence they ask for or would they use the evidence provided from the i130 for the consular processing? Any advice would help thanks
