NVC Process Timeline
So I thought I share maybe someone will benefit from the information.
Nov 24 2023 - received NVC Welcome Letter
Nov 24 2023 - Paid all required fees
Nov 28 2023 - Access on the CEAC portal was active. So I uploaded the Financial Documents which to my understanding are
1. I-864 signed form
2. Recent tax transcript - 2022
3. Under Additional Documents I added
3.1 Emploment Letter
3.2 Recent W2 form - 2022
3.3 4 recent Paystubs
3.4 Naturalization Certificate
Nov 28 2023 - Completed and submitted DS-260 visa application
Nov 28 2023 - Uploaded Civil Doucments which are again to my understanding
1. Beneficiary Passport Copy
2. Beneficiary Passport Photo
3. Beneficiary Birth Certificate with translation
4. Beneficiary Police Certificate with translation
5. Marriage Certificate with translation
6. Petitioner (Me) Divorce Decree
7. Petitioner Passport Copy
8. Petitioner Naturalization Certificate
9. Petitioner Birth Certificate with translation
So hope I did it correctly and did not miss any documents. All I can do now is wait to see what comes next.
Update:
Dec 6 2023 - I received an email from NVC to login into the CEAC portal.
- All documents have "Accepted" status
- In the inbox had Case FE Review Note to submit the divorce decree of my first marriage which I did right away.
Update:
Dec 13 2023 - I received an email from NVC to login to the CEAC portal.
- Uploaded missed document had "Accepted" status
- In the inbox had Documentarily Qualified message. So NVC is done
Update:
Dec 26 2023 - I received an email from NVC
- Interview scheduled for Feb 21 2024 for the IR1 Visa at the US Embassy in Beirut
