just got notification saying that my interview was scheduled
just got notification saying that my interview was scheduled on Feb 13 2024 for i 130 and we are one months away from 2 years marriage when would I get approved for i 485 do i get 10 years green card or 2 years conditional green card please let me know

it counts from the moment you are approved if on the day you get approved you have been married for 2 years you will get the 10 year

if you got married licence over 4yrs. you will have 10yrs if not 2yrs.
