Hi, any recent approvals from Boston FO?USCIS chat just mentioned that my case is on the way to Boston FO (local), but no notes on interview request yet. India, eb1-a, current. applied July 2023 at NBC.

no, it’s been in fingerprints applied since august. I got my EAD in September end. that’s it.

I asked “where is my case and the latest action taken on my case”? it looks like the agent made a mistake. mine may not be moving to Boston. the next agent said it is at NBC. I don’t know. I will try again next week.
