nov 8 I sent my rfe back in Dec 19 just waiting for a decision right now

nov 8, work permit was approved on January 6 but haven’t received letter as yet

@believe believe I didn’t get any rfe. I sent everything in with the paperwork except proof of bonafide marriage. I did biometric in December too

oh you didn’t send proof!!! you should have so they won’t send you a request later !

still swinging on I130 to be approved can anyone tell me how long they took to get approved on there I 130 we filed 1year and 3 months now

@believe believe I should have! I hope it won’t take a long time for them to send it. I’ve seen people get approved 5 months, that I know personally hope it won’t take long for us
