EB2, ROW, PD 0ct 2022: "case remains pending" since Nov 23. At that time my PD was not current. waiting...

priority date May 18th, 2022 and submitted i-485 application on April 26, 2023 and still waiting. people with PD after mine are getting approvals so wondering why I have received news about mine as yet.

@M R still says pending. i didnt submit my medicals with my i-485 application so waiting on RFE for medicals or interview

@Ahmed AG I submitted my I-485 with medicals in Texas but I got receipt notices from NBC. So I-485 never stayed in Texas, it was sent to NBC right away. I had approved I-140 that time

PD is April 2021, NBC, last status fingerprints taken Nov 2023. hoping and praying approvals by end of the month. thank you

June 2022 and still waiting. The update is still RFE was sent.

EB2, PD June 2022, i485 transferred to nbc then a new office has jurisdiction 2nd week of Dec 2023. Still waiting.
