agency does not answer me
I already got my combo card in Oct 2023. My agency tried to make me work as soon as possible but I persuaded them to let me work in Jan 2024. They agreed it.
So I was preparing for moving and everything and tried to contact the agency, but they just left me email that the factory working registration is not open till Jan, and the agency will contact me later. Since then, they do not answer my email or anything. Am I safe?

priority date is June 2001 from a previous I-140 approval.
interview dates still not available, have been waiting for 8 months. why would it take such a long time to get an interview? technically my priority date should put me in front of the queue.
Any ideas why this delay? has anyone experienced this?
