to answer the questions. I mentioned there was a 5 month delay on my part between several RFEs. My case was transferred twice during the whole process.
My RFE was primarily due to the company I work for needing to establish corporate separateness from the parent company and verification of my role / who I manage etc within the company which required verification of all team members’ resumes, JD’s and proof of communication/hierarchy.
There was also an issue with the tax structure of my employers and that took 2 months of back and forth to resolve.
