@happy singh they have 120 days to answer you. but then you can take action if this takes longer

You can contact local congress officials. After 120 days - you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

Congratulations! When was your interview? I did interview 4 days ago and a combo interview was done but still no updates on my portal for n400 or 751. Officer said they will approve me but none so far.

after 120 days Mar 14 i751 moved to new jurisdiction and N400 changed to actively reviewed
