he doesn't. You have to give him the receipts that show that you applied for renewal and on those receipts it says automatic extension for 180 days

more 180 days. it's time uscis will send you new work authorization.. but at this waiting time don't change the job😁😁😁 you can ,but don't do it

I'm driving and trying to answer you. I said you have 180 days of intention, within 180 days you will have a new work permit, and if your vawa is already approved you can have your green card. but during the intention period of 180 days, you should not change jobs because other companies do not accept the intention... but most have no problem

It means you can renew your DL or show it to your employer that your combo card expired but you’re still in process. In Florida the DMV gave me one more year on my DL by then I will have another combo card for 5 years.

You can always use extension receipt alongside your expired ead card for your job or to renew your license.

how many months before shoul I apply to renew my ead befor it expires ?
